I was offered a one-week residency at Anaba Projects in Bethesda MD. With time and space to experiment, I pushed myself through to the very end of the weekend. Using the white cube sculptures for source material I hung them in the small gallery space and then manipulated the lighting to create various shadows on the walls, which I then traced and painted onto bristol paper and mylar. I displayed the white cubes in the garden for the opening.
